“The Josh Graves Music Festival” at the Cherohala Skyway Festival brings local and nationally known bluegrass artists to the festival. Sponsored by Monroe County Tourism, “The Josh Graves Memorial Dobro Pick-Off Competition”  features the best dobro players in the region and rewards them with cash prizes! There will be clogging with Deb McCarter, bluegrass music featuring Tim Decker & Tennessee River, Just Us, The Graves Brothers (Josh and Evelyn's nephews) , the #1 Bluegrass Band, The Farm Hands with Tim Graves, and a special tribute to Josh by son Billy Troy and nephew Tim with Tim playing a Josh Graves dobro! Josh Graves presentations include an Uncle Josh bust presented to the Hall Museum by Billy Troy and a Josh Graves dobro loaned to the Hall Museum by Harold & Peggy Randolph !   As folks are setting up, enjoy the pre-show music with our local Mountain String Band!
